About Me

I like to read and to garden. My method of gardening is mostly to put plants out and hope they survive. I was a history major.

Hi Em. Yes, I'm your favourite aussie woof woof poof!! I spend little time now on social media, especially during the day, my business is very full-on these days and I've also started a new venture so there's always heaps to do.

I'm still totally infatuated with my gorgeous man Tommy, it' the real thing for us; can't bear to be apart. Looking forward to Spring and some warmer weather like big time. Great to re-establish contact. Hugs and cuddles matey. Pete

Hey Emilie! Sorry I'm slow to reply :-/ I'm good, thanks :-) Sounds like a lot of fun at Longwood --- was it packed with people? I remember checking out their website last year, when you first tipped me off to it --- it's an amazing place, & I hope some day to be able to visit it :-) I saw that Pittsburgh, & other parts of Pennsylvania were hit with some very heavy rain --- I saw video on the Weather Network, of flooding & what looked like a tornado! I hope it hasn't affected you at all (even if you do live on a hill)! We've just today got some relief from about 2 weeks (at least!) of heat & humidity --- yuck, I hate being all sweaty :-/ I hope it lasts for more than a couple of days! We did have some good spring weather, with warm temps, & lots of sunshine, & it's early enough in the season, that we may get a better summer yet :-) Later! XO

Hey Emilie! How are you? I've been seeing reports of flooding in your part of the world --- I hope they haven't affected you, or your family? It's been a bad year for rain, storms & flooding :-/ Have to attended any Pride activities this year? It's Toronto Pride this week, ending in the big parade on Sunday, but I didn't make it this year. Later! XO

Hey, Em! My life has been anything but quiet - but surely not dull. I almost didn't recognize your avatar without actual blossoms on it!

Hi Emilie! (At least I think that's you.) Thanks for the offer to do some editing. We may eventually take you up on that. Let's see how the site develops and how much writing we have to edit. Right now I could see this whole thing going in any of several different directions.

I do like the degree to which the social aspects mimic the old AfterElton. Andy and I weren't totally aware of that until recently. For example, I didn't know we could do private messaging or post on people's profiles. A lot of people miss that on the Backlot.

Hey Emilie! You must have been on here just after I was yesterday :-) I did know your usual online name, but probably wouldn't have figured it out, so thanks for the heads up ;-) So, how is your garden growing this year? I'm NOT a gardener at all, but I do love other people's efforts! I haven't made any effort myself for the last few years, but this year I got some hanging baskets (they were cheap!), so now I have them on my front porch. Of course, if I don't soon trim my bushes, no one will even notice ... ! Ha ha!! Later! XO

Hey, Em! I recognized you right away, I am familiar with your aliases :) I also approved your friend request, of course. Talk with ya later!
